We are a process safety and HSE consultancy based in Scotland with offices in Glasgow and Cornwall.
Our expertise is in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, DSEAR and Hazardous Area Classification as well as aspects of occupational health and safety and compliance. Our Story
OTECSA Consulting was formed in 2018 by Owen Llanwarne. As well as our use of experienced associates to deliver projects, we now have a team of five permanent safety engineers working with our clients. Find out more about our team here.
